Alexandra damis
Hi I’m Alexandra, owner of Top Knot Salon + Beauty Bar. In August of 2017 i walked into what was a vacuum repair store and had a vision. I wanted to create a space that is both trendy and feels like home. As a lover of home decor i was so excited to create a space that was a reflection of my style; trendy, minimal, and comfortable. I knew from a child that i would always have my own business, just like my dad. Having Top Knot Salon + Beauty bar is so much more than being my own boss, it’s about creating a culture, and leading my stylists to their maximum potential. Continuing education has always been a passion of mine, I take as many classes as i can, and work together with my stylists on new trending techniques. I’ve been licensed since 2009, I specialize in lived in blondes, dimensional brunettes, and hand tied extensions. I was a MAC makeup artist for years and love bridal beauty. I take pride in communication with my clients and will guide them into creating the hair of their dreams, while keeping it healthy. My creativity, determination, and passion for our guests experience are what has led Top Knot to where it is today. If I’m not behind the chair, you’ll find me making floral arrangements, shopping for my next designer bag, or with my 9 yr old doberman Hans.

CAITLYN RUTSKI
Licensed since 2014. Specializes in low maintenance lived in color, hand tied extensions, and has a passion for special event styling. Caitlyn loves to work with the hairs natural undertones. If Caitlyn isn’t behind the chair, she’s practicing yoga, planning her wedding, or on a hike with her rescue pup Ghost Malone.

JESSICA TORRES
Licensed since 2014. Specializes in blended blondes, and vibrant fashion tones. If Jess isn’t behind the chair she’s singing her way to her next concert. With a passion for music Jess brings a little edge to Top Knot.
